In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for executing the sales strategies of the Motion Divisions and achieving their sales targets. You will lead a team of successful salespeople located throughout the country.
Your key responsibilities will include identifying and evaluating new opportunities with existing and potential customers, determining plans for implementation, and allocating required resources. You will also manage the sales pipeline, ensuring a high hit rate.
To succeed in this role, you must be able to act upon leads generated by marketing campaigns. You will engage with senior leaders at customer sites to discuss their energy efficiency and decarbonization strategies.
You will anticipate and identify any shortfalls in performance and take appropriate remedial actions proactively. You will participate in the negotiation of key opportunities and upskill your team on key topics such as sustainability, decarbonization, energy efficiency, and ISO 50001.
