About the Role

This is a high-impact sales strategy leadership role for Motion Service in the Chilean market. As a sales manager, you will lead the implementation of a direct engagement approach with end users while leveraging strategic channels to drive growth.

Responsibilities
  • Define, plan, and execute sales strategies to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets for Motion products and systems.
  • Lead a team of successful salespeople located throughout the country.
  • Identify and evaluate new opportunities with existing and potential customers.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and ensure a high hit rate.
  • Act upon leads generated by marketing campaigns.
  • Engage with senior leaders at customer sites to discuss their energy efficiency and decarbonization strategies.
  • Anticipate and identify any shortfalls in performance and take remedial actions proactively.
  • Participate in negotiation of key opportunities.
