World Courier de Chile Ltda. is seeking a highly skilled Pharmaceutical Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining the highest standards of quality in our depot operations.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, including ICH, GMP, GCP, GDP, and FDA Good Clinical Practices.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for depot operations, ensuring all activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of depot operations, including receipt, storage, labeling, shipment, and returns.
- Provide technical guidance and support to depot staff, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their duties effectively.
- Verify and organize all documentation related to products received, shipped, and stored in the depot, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring their needs are met.
- Identify and resolve potential problems arising from personnel management, ensuring smooth operations and minimal disruptions.
- Participate in the development and implementation of quality control measures, ensuring the highest standards of quality are maintained.
**Requirements**
- Degree in Pharmacy or related field.
- Full command of English.
- Experience in pharmacy management and/or clinical trials.
- Monitoring and/or quality assurance experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
