About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Coordinator to join our team at EF Education First. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the Chilean market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow the Chilean market
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential au pairs, host families, and other stakeholders
  • Recruit, screen, and coach potential au pairs to ensure a high-quality candidate pool
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop sales plans
  • Participate in university fairs, in-person and online events to promote our program
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • 1-3 years of sales experience with a proven track record
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and MS Office
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
