Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Coordinator to join our team at EF Education First. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the Chilean market.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow the Chilean market
- Build and maintain relationships with potential au pairs, host families, and other stakeholders
- Recruit, screen, and coach potential au pairs to ensure a high-quality candidate pool
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop sales plans
- Participate in university fairs, in-person and online events to promote our program
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- 1-3 years of sales experience with a proven track record
- Knowledge of Salesforce and MS Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
