It supports a workforce of 20 employees alongside 30 others working remotely within the nation. Operating independently from the main office, the Administrative Coordinator plays a vital role in supervising all aspects of office administration to guarantee efficient operations and adherence to compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming communications, accurately record messages, and provide essential information to team members.
  • Draft documents, presentations, and reports to assist departmental goals.
  • Organize travel arrangements, accommodations, and logistics for internal meetings effectively.
  • Oversee office supplies, furniture, technology, and clerical duties.
  • Coordinate courier services, troubleshoot IT challenges, and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Handle expense reports, maintain employee databases, and support event planning logistics.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline is preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in administrative positions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, and Concur.
