About the Role
We are seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to join our team, specializing in cloud infrastructure. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing proactive support and resolving technical issues related to our on-premise and cloud services.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and administer proactively our on-premise and cloud infrastructure, including Azure, VMware, Exchange, and Windows Server.
- Provide support for Windows 11, Office M365 Apps, hardware, and software for users, ensuring efficient problem resolution and managing user permissions.
- Collaborate with national and international teams to deliver exceptional customer service and manage projects effectively.
- Participate in Zero Trust initiatives, data protection, migrating services to the cloud, and standardizing internal application usage.
- Document and manage platform configurations and user equipment inventory.
- Inform and train users on available services and platforms to enhance their knowledge and performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Civil Informatics, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in similar roles.
- Techincal knowledge in on-premise, cloud, Windows Server, Linux.
- Intermediate to advanced English skills (will be evaluated).
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications in Microsoft, Azure, Virtualization.
- Interest in AI/ML and automation.
