Job Summary

The HR Business Partner plays a key role within the employee experience team, specializing in the communication and administration across a portfolio of HR programs, including compensation, benefits, staffing, organizational development, employee relations, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Hiring Managers and the Talent Acquisition team to deliver offer presentations, covering core values, leadership behaviors, people culture, benefits, and organizational development.
  • Onboard new employees through a structured orientation program, manage new hire paperwork, introduce corporate systems, facilitate account setup and system access, conduct employee check-ins, and team introduction.
  • Gather and analyze feedback from new hires, suggest and implement changes and improvements to the hiring and onboarding process.
  • Manage employee mobility and internal transfer requests based on established organizational processes and supporting policies.
  • Handle general employee inquiries and requests, provide help and support on emergency situations, including personal accidents, disease outbreaks, and business disruptions.
  • Manage employee communications through posts and company all-hands meetings.
  • Liaise between business functional areas and specialized operational teams, such as Workforce Planning, Legal, Finance, and IT, to fulfill employee service desk requests.
  • Review and maintain the Chilean employee handbook, assist with employee training on culture, benefits, and policies.
  • Work closely with management in implementing corporate processes and policies related to human resources, organizational, and employee development.
  • Consult with employees and managers to address human resources-related issues guided by organizational core values and leadership behaviors, and monitor employee retention and turnover rates.
  • Offboard employees by conducting exit interviews to gather insights and collect data about employee experience, secure equipment, and revoke access to corporate systems.
  • Develops, updates, and executes company-wide employee experience and manager effectiveness programs and initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of Human Resources experience.
  • Proven experience of working in Employee Communications, Management Support, Training Programs, Onboarding, and Offboarding, Employee Satisfaction and Retention.
  • Outstanding communication skills in English, which is our common language and will be required for day-to-day operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage in conversations with senior leaders to propose programs/policies/processes leveraging standard business tools.
  • Experienced in collaborating with multiple cross-cultural stakeholders to deliver effective business solutions.
  • Good knowledge of common HR processes, policies, and local employment laws across the entire HR lifecycle.
  • A strong analytical mind for identifying and using data to draw HR-related solutions.
  • Relevant experience in HRMS systems and processes (Netsuite is a plus).
