¿Qué necesitas para postularte?
Actividades a realizar:
- Buscar continuamente espacios de crecimiento (nuevos negocios) con los clientes
- Dirigir, liderar y monitorear el inicio de nuevos proyectos o clientes.
- Realizar el seguimiento interno de las tareas asignadas hasta que su responsable las complete en tiempo y forma.
- Conocer los requerimientos diarios de los clientes y tiempos de respuesta
- Dar respuesta a las distintas inquietudes y/o solicitudes de los clientes, en caso de que dependa directamente de el
Habilidades:
- Conocimiento de la industria Fintech
- Experiência mínima 1 año como Customer Succes o cargo similar
- Manejo de metodologias ágiles
