Senior Sales Manager

El Senior Sales Manager será responsable de aumentar las ventas, generar productos para distintos segmentos, prospectar y vender directamente a grande cuentas. Asimismo, la venta del servicio debe enfocarse en el proceso de venta en las necesidades del cliente, tiene dedicación exclusiva a buscar y lograr cerrar contratos con nuevos clientes.
Funciones principales:
- Estudiar a la competencia.
- Definir packs (funcionalidades) y precios (a cargo del “pricing” nacional e internacional).
- Generar material de venta (PPTs, gráficas, videos, etc.)
- Vender el software desde una mirada de experto en CX.
- Investigar el mercado para detectar nuevas oportunidades de negocio. Debe planificar y entender la mejor manera de demostrar el producto para distintos segmentos de clientes.
- Generar contactos y reuniones de venta para dar a conocer la compañía y sus servicios y luego seguimiento.
- Liderar procesos de negociación hasta el cierre del contrato.
- Generar redes y realizar actividades de networking orientadas a ampliar la red y así llegar a potenciales nuevos clientes.
- Debe supervisar la puesta en marcha de proyectos, siendo el responsable final en la etapa de onboarding. Es el responsable final de la correcta implementación de pilotos, proyectos y nuevos clientes.
- Se debe educar/capacitar constantemente sobre nuevas funcionalidades, flexibilidad de la plataforma y características diferenciadoras.
- Hacer seguimiento a todos los Leads constantemente.
- Debe Editar - Modificar nuevas cuentas de acuerdo a las necesidades de los clientes.
Requisitos para postular:
- Al menos 5 años en Experiência de Ventas o áreas comerciales de software de CX.
- Experiência en el rubro de venta de encuestas/softwares afines/servicios tecnológicos.
- Experiência en atención/relación con clientes.
- Conocimientos de venta consultiva.
- Conocimientos de la industria o B2B Venta de intangibles.
- Manejo de CRM
- Manejo de Linkedin.
- Manejo avanzado de Excel y PowerPoint.
- Debe manejar un programa de seguimiento de proyectos (Monday, CRMs, otros.) donde pueda mantener en línea el estado de avance de todos sus proyectos y tareas.
