Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to drive sales growth in the Specialty Paper (Thermal Paper and Coated One Side Paper) sector. This role requires a strong commercial mindset, expertise in the paper industry, and the ability to build and manage key customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Implement and follow the company's strategies, values, and decisions within the assigned territory.
  2. Achieve sales targets for Specialty Paper (Thermal Paper and Coated One Side Paper) in the North and Latin American regions.
  3. Continuously explore and develop new customers in target markets.
  4. Manage and enhance customer relationships through proactive engagement and regular visits to both active and potential clients.
  5. Monitor market trends and adjust sales strategies to optimize customer and product portfolios.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

  1. Must be fluent in English.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in paper sales.
  3. Preference will be given to candidates who have Thermal Paper and Coated One Side Paper product knowledge.
  4. Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
  5. Willingness to travel frequently.
