We are currently seeking a creative and driven Associate Program-Project Management Specialist to join the Commercial Deal Programs Team as part of the Center of Excellence Organization.
**What you will do:**:As an Associate Program-Project Management Specialist for our video selling initiative, you demonstrate your enthusiasm and passion for building and maintaining relationships to help our internal Sales and Pre-sales teams be successful in using video as part of their sales processes.
You use your people & process skills to help design, complete and publish content for the user base, sharing best practices, success stories, and feature releases. With your “customer”-first demeanor, you are the first line of support for our users, and you actively seek out and work to implement the feedback they give you. You help create and handle internal assets for users to succeed to support account management processes. With your innovative spirit and eye for detail, you also notice areas for improvement and communicate them to relevant internal partners.
**Primary responsibilities may include**:
- Support aligned collaborators to ensure success with buyer enablement & video initiatives in their operating unit.
- Provide first line of support for users & internal evangelists
- Administrative work on our video platform, including user management and troubleshooting
- Animate internal channels for both end users of the video platform as well as leaders and collaborators (newsletters, “top user” callouts, communicate updates/changes to software and video content)
- Develop & implement effective internal marketing/communications strategies
- Gather feedback, use cases, and success stories from the community
- Drive and deliver critical initiatives and cross-functional programs. Serve as change agent by stimulating, communicating, and institutionalizing business process improvements.
- Build, maintain and improve internal resources (user guides, walking decks, internal websites, video library overviews, etc)
- Delivering, measuring, and communicating performance metrics and business impact to partners. Creation of action plans to course correct if needed.
- Participate in and lead impactful projects that drive efficiencies for the team and help support internal partners
**Basic Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, SaaS sales experience is a plus
- Familiar with internal communication tools, primarily Slack & GSuite
- Experience with navigating in a complex, highly-matrixed organization
- A self-starter who is equally comfortable working on their own and as part of a robust team
- Anticipate problems, seeks out solutions proactively, and does not wait for permission to begin
- Ability to influence action
