**Position Details & Responsibilities**:
Our client is an organization that provides a wide range of construction and equipment services. They are seeking a **Project Manager** to join their team in **Florida**.
The Project Manager holds a key role in a wide range of responsibilities across the project lifecycle, spanning from business development to project closure. This role includes the coordination and oversight of project planning and execution both within warehouse and field environments, as well as management of inventory and fleet utilization. Additionally, procurement of materials and supplies is a core responsibility. The Project Manager will also contribute to various other tasks, such as business development, estimating, engineering, billing, and forecasting.
**Responsibilities include**:
- Manage project schedules and budgets
- Responsible for cost tracking and project health
- Work with the Management team to develop estimates, schedules, and work plans for projects
- Visit job sites on a regular basis

**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in project management
- Experience managing budgets and budget forecasting
- Background in construction or heavy equipment
- Detail-oriented
- Excellent communication and organization skills
