¿Eres un apasionado de la tecnología y te encanta ayudar a los clientes a encontrar las soluciones perfectas para sus necesidades? Si es así, esta es tu oportunidad **TD SYNNEX Chile** busca un **Pre Sales Engineer** con conocimiento en **infraestructura** para unirse a nuestro dinámico equipo.
Como Pre Sales Engineer, serás responsable de brindar soporte técnico y comercial a nuestros clientes en la pre-venta de soluciones de infraestructura TI.
Trabajarás en estrecha colaboración con el equipo de ventas para identificar las necesidades de los clientes y desarrollar propuestas técnicas convincentes. También serás responsable de realizar presentaciones técnicas y demostraciones de productos a los clientes.
**Responsabilidades**
- Brindar soporte técnico y comercial a los clientes en la pre-venta de soluciones de infraestructura TI.
- Identificar las necesidades de los clientes y desarrollar propuestas técnicas convincentes.
- Realizar presentaciones técnicas y demostraciones de productos a los clientes.
- Mantenerse actualizado sobre las últimas tecnologías y tendencias de la industria.
- Colaborar con el equipo de ventas para lograr los objetivos de ventas.
- Asistir en la elaboración de documentación técnica y comercial.
**Conocimientos y habilidades**:
- Sólida comprensión de la infraestructura TI, incluyendo hardware, software y redes.
- Conocimiento de las principales soluciones de infraestructura TI de los principales fabricantes.
- Experiência en la realización de presentaciones técnicas y demostraciones de productos.
- Habilidades de comunicación y presentación efectivas.
- Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y como parte de un equipo.
- Inglés a nível intermedio-avanzado.
**Habilidades**:
- Excelentes habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas.
- Habilidad para comprender las necesidades del cliente y traducirlas en soluciones técnicas.
- Fuertes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal.
- Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y cumplir con plazos ajustados.
- Orientación al cliente y enfoque en los resultados.
**Educación**
- Título universitario en Ingeniería Informática, Telecomunicaciones o carrera afín.
- 3-5 años de experiência en roles de pre venta.
**Se valorará**:
- Experiência previa en un rol similar.
- Certificaciones en soluciones de infraestructura TI.
