**The Work You'll Do**:
The Internal Communications Manager is responsible to Inform, align, engage and empower employees through internal communications and marketing.
- More specifically you will:_
- **Strategic Initiatives & Programs**: Partner with executives across the business to design and executive on multi-channel communications to elevate the visibility and adoption and celebrate of transformation programs, M&A and other strategic initiatives.
- **Intranet** **Governance & Ownership**:Own roadmap for corporate intranet (on SharePoint), including leading cross-functional steering group, corporate content build and maintenance, and development of templates and best practices for functions and project teams
- **Executive Effectiveness & Partnership**: Consult with and support executives on functional communication cadences, including managing executive communication calendar and orchestrating content for all company and functional SovosConnects town hall style meetings; handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and maintain a high degree of confidentiality
- **Cross Functional Collaboration**: Work closely across executive office and with other departments, particularly HR, Transformation and Marketing, to enable cohesive experience for employees including alignment on messaging, mediums, channels and content calendar
**What We Need From You**
- A communications “Swiss Army Knife” - with excellent written and verbal communication skills, a “good enough” eye for design and ability to jump into tactics (e.g. build visually appealing slides, edit video and anything in between)
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically, with the interpersonal skills required to work with all levels of management and stakeholders.
- Multi-channel communications expertise, with instinct for conveying the right message, through the right channel, to the right audience, at the right time.
- Demonstrates organizational and time management skills, with strong sense of urgency and the ability to juggle multiple and changing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
