**Job Description**:
As Communications & PR Manager, you contribute to added customer value, a strong brand, and increased sales by being responsible and optimizing all Sales Market’s Media Relations and PR & Communications activities.

You work towards aligned and cross-functional goals, driving omni sales performance and customer centricity in all parts of your work.

You lead, manage, and organize the local PR & Communications team in accordance with H&M values, standards, policies, and procedures. You work closely with the Local Customer Activation & global communications team.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Responsible for planning, executing, and following up on internal and external communications in the local market in accordance with global & regional communications strategy and local needs._
- You create a local communications plan in accordance with the global comm. plan
- Responsible for setting relevant goals and initiatives together with Customer Activation Sales Market team, including follow-up and reporting to global
- Responsible for local media monitoring and analysis (through subcontractors).
- You act as advisor on local communications issues together with HO
- You take an active part in local crisis group, responsible for crisis communications strategy
- Plan, execute and follow up on fashion media activities based on the Global, Regional and Sales Market objectives to effectively spread H&M’s messages to local media, influencers and other relevant stakeholders._
- Responsible for developing H&M’s local media picture as a fashion brand
- Responsible for adapting global PR strategies and drive local PR-activities including media selections, pitching, events, follow up, proof-reading etc.
- Responsible of local influencer strategy (owned) and activities (sync and collaboration with Customer Activation team). Paid influencer collab with Media team.
- Responsible to ensure effective management of the local showroom.
- Manage possible PR agency relations (purchase/contract, manage and evaluate)
- Monitors and responds to local media enquiries. Plan, execute and follow up on corporate media activities based on the Global, Regional and Sales Market objectives to effectively spread H&M’s messages to local media, influencers and other relevant stakeholders._
- You build trust & develop H&M’s local general media picture
- Ensure in-depth knowledge of the local media landscape including good relations with the key corporate media, securing that the global communications and media policies are being followed.
- Report to HO & Regional Head of Customer Activation on strategic important issues that can affect the H&M brand.
- Act as main local spokesperson together with Country Sales Manager
- Responsible for proactively and reactively communicating H&M messages externally and internally in a trustworthy way
- Execute and follows up on regional & global Communications plan to effectively spread H&M’s messages to our own employees. Complements planning when relevant from a Sales market perspective._
- Plan, execute and follow up on local internal communications activities, supporting management with strategically important internal communication
- Manage the local edition of our internal communication channels, including publish global and regional content, create local news
- Responsible for securing the quality and tone of voice in all translations of global material used in internal communication channels
- You secure the right knowledge and behaviour in your team_
- Create conditions to enable performance of teams and individuals
- Identify and develop talents in order to build (future) organisation and diverse team
- Strengthen team and foster collaboration
- Follow up_
- Follow up and report on KPIs and objectives connected to project responsibility, showing the connection to added customer value and the business when possible
