Estamos en la búsqueda del mejor Customer Support Specialist, quien se encargará de brindar soluciones y respuestas excepcionales a nuestros clientes de manera prioritaria. Debe ser alguien que se sienta cómodo en un ambiente ágil y dinámico, capaz de empatizar con el cliente y poder realizar análisis detallados para potenciar y hacer crecer esta importante área en nuestro negocio. Este es un cargo con mucho impacto, exposición y relación con todas las áreas de Toku.
**Funciones**
- Solucionar problemas y resolver incidencias de usuarios externos.
- Comunicar soluciones a los usuarios finales.
- Analizar nuestros procesos e implementar cambios para ayudar a escalar nuestras operaciones y mejorar la experiência del usuario.
- Trabajar estrechamente con otros equipos de Toku para mejorar nuestras ofertas de productos y la presentación de nuevas características y productos.
- Tener la oportunidad de aprender cómo funciona Toku desde cero y tener un impacto real en la organización futura.
- Tener una mentalidad orientada al usuario y sentirte motivado por el desafío de resolver problemas difíciles.
- Tener excelentes habilidades de comunicación, tanto escritas como verbales.
- Destacar en el pensamiento analítico y la resolución de problemas.
- Tener experiência previa en servicio al cliente o en operaciones internas/externas orientadas al usuario.
- Disfrutar aprendiendo sobre productos y procesos técnicos, ser organizado, proactivo y apasionado por encontrar soluciones a los desafíos de los usuarios.
- Tener una mentalidad orientada a procesos y habilidad para concretar las tareas.
- Disfrutar trabajando en un entorno de oficina con una fuerte colaboración y apoyo entre equipos.
- Ser capaz de priorizar y disfrutar trabajando en un entorno de ritmo rápido.
**Requirements**:
- Experiência previa o conocimientos en soporte al usuario.
- Experiência previa trabajando en proyectos o iniciativas de mejora de procesos.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar en nuestras oficinas. Estamos con modalidad híbrida, 50% de presencialidad.
