**Your daily activities as a Customer Support Specialist (English language)** will be**:
- Checking website content.
- Content translations.
- Request documents from the clients.
- Resolve tasks from the Compliance department.
- Retention.
- Cross-sell.
- Upsell.
**You are best for this role if you**:
- Have excellent grammar and speaking English skills;
- Strong interpersonal skills;
- Stress resistance;
- Responsibility;
- Focus on results;
- Have a higher education.
**Helpful, but not required**:
- Experience in the field of forex or financial education.
