Estamos en búsqueda del mejor Customer Support Specialist para nuestro equipo en Chile, quien se encargará de brindar soluciones y respuestas a nuestros clientes de manera prioritaria. Debe ser alguien que se sienta cómodo en un ambiente ágil y dinámico, capaz de empatizar con el cliente y poder realizar análisis detallados para potenciar la mejora de nuestros productos. Este es un cargo con mucho impacto, exposición y relación con todas las áreas de Toku.
**Funciones**:
- Ser el primer punto de contacto para usuarios externos que experimenten problemas técnicos o tengan preguntas relacionadas con nuestros productos o servicios.
- Identificar y diagnosticar rápidamente problemas técnicos a través de comunicaciones telefónicas, por correo electrónico o mediante plataformas de soporte en línea.
- Trabajar estrechamente con los equipos de desarrollo y otros departamentos para resolver problemas más complejos y garantizar una comunicación eficiente entre los usuarios y la empresa.
- Mantener registros detallados de todas las interacciones y soluciones proporcionadas, contribuyendo así a una base de conocimientos compartida y al mejoramiento continuo de nuestros productos.
- Puntualidad en todas las actividades laborales, incluidas reuniones, entregas de proyectos y horarios de trabajo. La consistencia en cumplir con los plazos y horarios es crucial para el éxito en este rol.
**Requirements**:
- Experiência previa o conocimientos en soporte al usuario.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar en nuestras oficinas con 80% de presencialidad
- Experiência previa trabajando en proyectos o iniciativas de mejora de procesos
- Ser organizado, proactivo y apasionado en la búsqueda de las soluciones
- Tener excelentes habilidades comunicativas, tanto escritas como verbales
