¿Qué harás?
- Liderar el programa Customer Centricity de forma transversal para toda la Compañía, coordinando con distintas áreas y generando actividades que promuevan la orientación al cliente
- Gestionar la mejora continua en la experiência de clientes con los procesos de atención, por medio de la medición de NPS y otros estudios, a fin de asegurar una excelente percepción de satisfacción en la experiência de cliente
- Diseñar y mantener actualizado los viajes de clientes (Customer Journey) de los diferentes trámites y procesos, aplicando reingeniería de procesos y buscando oportunidades de mejora para la experiência sea memorable
- Gestionar las necesidades que derivan las áreas de Riesgo, Auditoría y Oficios de la Superintendencia de Pensiones en relación con Experiência de Clientes
- Generar indicadores de experiência de cliente que permitan dar visibilidad del comportamiento, percepción y lealtad de los clientes

¿Qué necesitas saber?
- Deseable título en Ingeniería Civil Industrial, Ingeniería Civil en Computación, Economía o carrera afín.
- Experiência en atención y gestión de necesidades normativas y cumplimiento.
- Manejo intermedio de herramientas CX/UX
- Herramientas de consulta y visualización de datos.
- PPT y Excel intermedio
- Programas de tratamiento estadístico

**Requisitos**:
Deseable título en Ingeniería Civil Industrial, Ingeniería Civil en Computación, Economía o afín
Experiência en atención y gestión de necesidades normativas y cumplimiento
Manejo intermedio de herramientas CX/UX
Herramientas de consulta y visualización de datos, Power Point y Excel intermedio
