**Company Overview**: Our client is a leading distributor in the luxury fashion industry, offering a wide range of high-end products from jewelry to eyewear, rooted deeply in a rich European heritage. We are searching for a Growth Marketing Specialist focused on B2B marketing to enhance our client's digital presence. This role is crucial for managing and improving the digital interface of a dynamic company in the luxury goods sector.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop strategic marketing initiatives to boost brand visibility and engagement across digital channels.
- Craft and distribute impactful e-blasts using Mailchimp, while analyzing performance data to refine strategies.
- Manage our social media accounts, ensuring frequent and relevant content that aligns with our brands voice and goals.
- Standardize and enhance website imagery and graphics, ensuring a uniform appearance in all visual content.
- Design visually appealing images for new product bundles, contributing to an attractive and cohesive online catalog.
- Collaborate with brand partners to uphold brand integrity and cohesiveness in all marketing materials.
- Maintain active communication with internal teams and external partners to synchronize marketing efforts.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record in digital marketing, particularly in B2B environments.
- Expertise in graphic design and photo editing, proficient in Adobe Photoshop.
- Experienced with Mailchimp and familiar with other digital marketing tools.
- Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Access to high-speed internet to efficiently manage and execute digital tasks.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced setting.
- A creative and analytical mindset, with meticulous attention to detail.

Work hours are Monday to Friday 8AM to 4PM EST (New York Time)
