Chat Assassins currently consist of 130+ team members with clients worldwide such as; USA, Canada, Australia, England, Japan, and more. We are a community of energetic, innovative, driven leaders, and value relationships, in search of like minded people to join us.

**About The Role**
The purpose of this role is to successfully convert prospects into long-term business relationships by enrolling more clients into our B2B membership services. This will be done through inbound calls.

NOTE: This position is full-time and virtual, meaning you can work from anywhere.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Successfully convert prospects into long-term business relationships
- Meeting monthly and weekly sales goals
- Provide customers with exceptional customer service
- Answering customer questions about features, benefits, pricing, and availability
- Grow customer accounts through high ticket membership sales
- Collaborate with the sales team as well and input ideas
- Implement effective organizational techniques for managing each stage of the sales cycle

**This Is For You If**
- **You have 1yr+ of B2B sales experience **but want to level up your skills even further by training with the best
- **Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- C1-C2 English
- Computer with Windows 8 or newer, or Mac OS 2015 or newer.
- Full-Time Availability
- You’re hungry to win
- You enjoy competing while also collaborating with your team members
- You care about getting clients amazing results and only selling a program you believe in
- Excellent personal presentation and professional demeanor
- Persistent and results-oriented
- Creative and organized so you can be efficient, effective and collaborative, we want someone that “adds value to the team and company"
- The ability to self-manage (we are not looking to micro-manage)
- Must have a positive, teamwork type of attitude, a real “people person"
- Must be able to take initiative and run with it and be “open-minded and teachable"

- Have less than 6 months of sales experience
- Have only worked setting appointments and not selling
- Want a position for flexibility and travel freedom only
- Have no interest in continuing to train and improve your sales skills
- Can’t take criticism or feedback

**The Pay**
- Commissions + Base Pay - Earn by Fixed Salary for the first 90 days, until commissions outperform your salary. Commission Based role after this.
- You can expect to make around $60k-$150k per year
- **$ Monthly Income Range** (USD Commission Based) from
- $5,000 (Months 1-6)

$10,000 (Months 6-12)
$15,000+ (1yr+)
