**THE POSITION**

The Business Development Manager at Austral plays a pivotal role in expanding the company's presence within the corporate sector. This position involves identifying and securing new business opportunities, fostering strategic partnerships with key corporate entities, and designing tailored B2B sales processes. With a solution-oriented approach, the manager addresses the unique needs of corporate clients by offering customized solutions aligned with Austral's capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Corporate Market Penetration: Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in the corporate sector, effectively expanding Austral's market presence.
- Strategic Partnership Development: Forge and nurture strategic partnerships with key corporate entities, aligning mutual goals and maximizing collaborative success.
- Sales Process Structuring: Design and implement a robust B2B sales process tailored to the corporate market, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
- Solution-Oriented Selling: Understand the unique challenges and needs of corporate clients, offering customized solutions that align with Austral's capabilities and value proposition.
- Market Analysis and Strategy: Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitor dynamics, and potential business opportunities. Develop and execute strategic plans to capture market share.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal and external stakeholders, effectively communicating business developments, and aligning efforts with Austral's strategic goals.

Desired Skills and Experience:

- Proven B2B Sales Experience: At least 3 years of experience in B2B corporate business development, with a strong track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets. Experience in selling products to HR Leaders is a significant advantage.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to think strategically about business development, identifying long-term opportunities and efficiently mapping out paths to success.
- Problem-Solver: Demonstrated capability to tackle challenges head-on, finding innovative and practical solutions to complex problems.
- Communication and Negotiation: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively and build lasting relationships with business partners and clients.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in fast-paced environments, able to adapt strategies and approaches as the business landscape evolves.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the corporate sector, including key trends, challenges, and opportunities, is highly desirable.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or relevant postgraduate degree would be advantageous.
