Mission

Role
- Configure, test, implement, maintain, enhance, the global HRIS system.
The Fun Part
- Communicate and train the organization to optimally improve our People Technology Solutions, while also ensuring data integrity, security, and operation precision.
- Responsible for integrations with Workday such as Greenhouse, ADP, and Qualtrics.
- Collaborate and build strong relationships while working closely with our business partners to understand business challenges, capture requirements, and deliver solutions in Workday that support the company’s business objectives.
- Deliver people metrics and analytics to improve HR performance and drive business performance.
- Define and lead projects that drive significant insights and change across topics including workforce planning, employee experience, DE&I, attrition, and talent acquisition.
- Serve as a player-coach and manage a team of 4 experienced HRIS team members.
**The details of this role are**:
- Has strong experience leading various projects involving new functionality, process improvement and related system integrations
- Capable and able to analyze functional specifications and change requests and deliver Workday solutions
- Experience developing and delivering solutions end-to-end, from end-user experience to system impact and support
- An interest in continually seeking ways to improve the process of delivering Workday solutions
- A key support liaison for upgrades, enhancements, testing, validation, and overall system performance
- Experience providing both leadership and support for Workday issue resolution
- Able to coach and leverage people analytics dashboards and tools to independently drive high-level analyses, proactively diagnose root cause issues, translate data to drive insights, and preemptive recommendations
- Has experience leading in-depth analyses for strategic projects and solution development by collaborating with the broader team, to help deliver methodical, practical people insights across the organization
- Have experience with data-driven insights that influence business strategy and decision making
- Own, run, and engage in key partner relationships across enterprise functions to partner on strategic and operational initiatives
- Has prior experience leading and mentoring a team of HRIS professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to foster their growth and development.
- Collaborate and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the HRIS team
- Likes to be a hands-on, working manager performing impact analysis, configuration in the system, and cross training with team members
**Workday-Specific Experience**
- Must have strong experience with Core HR, Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management, Benefits, Payroll configurations, with the ability to provide senior level configuration expertise
- Capable and experienced with Workday report writing.
- Strong knowledge of security architecture, fields, domains, and data objects in Workday
- Previous development and support integrations (EIB), for inbound and outbound data exchange between Workday and other internal/external systems (preferred)
- Knowledge and experienced in Workday compensation configurations, including the Advanced Comp Module
**Required Qualifications & Experience**
- Over 6 years of experience implementing and managing HR Systems
- Over 4 years of hands-on experience configuring and/or implementing Workday HCM is required
- Management experience for over 3 years includes leading a team to implement systems solutions
- Workday experience at a global level.
- A proven background in business analysis and business process improvement, preferably in a global company
- Built relationships with managing stakeholders, leading projects, and designing and delivering complex solutions
- Experience with analyzing, strategizing, project manage, and implement HRIS system solutions
- Proven experience with other core HR systems, such as SAP SuccessFactor is a plus
- Required years of experience with general HR processes and data, HR systems design, structure, functions and processes
- Extensive knowledge in data analytics, basic statistics (e.g., mean/median/mode, variance, distributions, significance testing, etc.), and interpreting results from an HR-centric perspective
- A successful background in project management skills and ability to lead multiple projects
- Must present well and have great communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal; ability to tailor communications depending on the audience
- We need someone with strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills, with ability to communicate and manage both internal and external stakeholders
