**What you’ll do**:

- Provide technical guidance, supervise others, instruct and debug code written by team members.
- Participate and contribute in defining our global mobile SDLC and engineering handbook.
- Collaborate with the product team to define the roadmap and specific enhancements.
- Enforce security controls
- Participate in peer design and code reviews.
- Automate your deployments as part of the path to production.
- Document code/processes so that any other developer will be able to dive into them with mínimal effort.
- Produce maintainable, scalable, and high-quality software solutions.
- Elevate the performance of colleagues through training, mentoring, and promoting best practices.
- Experiment with technologies and propose solutions to colleagues including architects and the IT leadership team.

**What experience you need**:

- 5+ years of Java/Android and Swift/iOS mobile software development experience.
- 2+ years managing a mobile team.
- 3+ years of Unit and automation testing
- Possess a deep technical knowledge of client side UI/UX development on iOS and Android
- Solid understanding of web-oriented architecture, RESTful services, JSON
- Deep hands-on knowledge of mobile specific tools, best practices and challenges
- Experience with Android and iOS specific libraries, frameworks, and dependency management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative agile environment
- Strong English language and communication skills
