Estamos buscando un/a Customer Experience Team Leader que será un responsable de llevar la relación logística con el cliente.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Entregar el mejor fill rate posible, en el momento que el cliente lo requiera.
- Asegurarse de que llegue el producto desde el CD del cliente a sus locales, maximizando el instock.
- Gestionar las pérdidas y minimizar las pérdidas de presencia en góndola.
- Generar talento y desarrollar a su equipo
- Detectar oportunidades en los clientes para mejorar tiempos de entrega, procedimientos, etc.
- Velar porque el equipo asegure poder despachar todas las necesidades que tenga el cliente en tiempo y forma.
- Análisis numérico y reportería de los principales indicadores.

Requerimientos
- Titulado de la carrera de Ingeniería Civil Industrial (no comercial)
- 3 años de experiência laboral, de preferencia en cargos similares. Experiência en logística idealmente.
- Inglés Intermedio
- Nível Avanzado de MS Excel
