**About the Role**:
The Chile team's mission is to enable growth our business as quick and efficient as possible while improving experience of our eaters.

The Territory Analyst will be responsible for crafting and completing the strategy of key projects from a territory perspective. This position will require working hand-in-hand with several teams: Eater Ops, Courier and marketplace, Strategy & Planning and Restaurants

This role calls for a combination of analytics, an ability to operationalize processes in a fast paced environment, good stakeholder management and teamwork
**What You'll Do**:

- Working closely with our Growth team to grow our business and overcome challenges
- Building and developing positive relationships with cross-functional and regional teams (e.g., Central Ops, S&P, Territories, Restaurants, Marketing, Comms, Legal, etc.) in order to give to the long-term growth of the territory while building a global network.
- Process & Tool Creation: Crafting processes and tools for our restaurants and courier partners and teams in the field is a key part of any Ops day-to-day.
- Project Management: You will have the chance to be responsible for projects from their initial definition until their final implementation. You will be responsible for defining and following project significant metrics. You will collaborate with many different teams in Chile and across the world, ensuring alignment, quick execution - all while maintaining Uber’s high standards for operational execution.
- Data analysis: Uber wouldn’t be Uber without all of our data. You will autonomously build your own analyses and dashboards to measure your projects’ success.
- Defining and completing the strategy for restaurant, marketplace and eater from a territory perspective.
- Conducting experiments and drawing insights
**What You'll Need**:

- 2 years of experience with proven track record of solving analytical problems
- English proficiency
- Must have strong analytical skills and business sense
- Attention to detail with ability to see the big picture
- Excellent teammate
**Basic Qualifications**:

- SQL knowledge is a plus. Must be willing to learn SQL if it is not a skill they own yet
- Experience with stakeholder management and working in cross-functional projects
