**About the Role**:
At Uber Eats we strive for providing a good service and variety of options for our eaters, and this is impossible to accomplish without the rockstars that handle relationships with the restaurants that cook all the goods that eventually get delivered to our doors.
In this role, you'll have the phenomenal opportunity to showcase your communication and customer management skills as well as being an organized portfolio manager. You'll be focusing on post-sales of Medium-to-Big Sized Business, deepening the relationship with our restaurant partners to increase retention as well as driving business growth, with mutually beneficial outcomes. **What You'll Do**:
- Lead post-deal partner management for a high value and high potential partners
- Own partner relationships to yield tangible metrics outcomes. Achieve revenue growth targets for your partners, upsell new product features and ensure high retention by driving mutual business value
- Be the voice of the customer to internal partners - translate their needs and advocate on their behalf
- Understand the landscape and ensure we have strong relationships throughout our restaurant partner organizations
- Conceive, design and lead growth initiatives with our restaurant partners and drive through to completion, working cross functionally with Uber's internal teams and our restaurant partners
- Set, track and report on performance metrics of restaurant partners, run monthly/quarterly business reviews.
**What You'll Need**:
- 1-3 years professional experience, ideally in a similar commercial function
- You have previous customer-facing experience and have been accountable for achieving business targets or delivering a quota
- Confident in making data-led decisions and using sound business judgment
- Phenomenal project manager who can develop detailed joint business plans with our restaurant partners and consistently deliver above expectations
- Strong executive presence and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Speed, resourcefulness, and go-getter attitude. This team moves fast and always operates in new spaces
- Highly autonomous - able to work with mínimal oversight
- Willingness to hustle, roll up sleeves, and get in the weeds with our highest value partners
- Fluency in Spanish and Business English
