PagerDuty está buscando profesionales de soporte técnico para ayudar a resolver los desafíos técnicos de nuestros clientes. Sus responsabilidades abarcarán el soporte técnico en nuestra cartera de productos a medida que construimos nuestra nube de operaciones, la interacción con nuestras organizaciones de ingeniería y Customer Success, y consultas de ventas ocasionales. **Cómo impacta nuestra visión**
- Brindar un excelente servicio al cliente y soporte de productos a los clientes de PagerDuty
- Recibir todas las llamadas de primera línea de los clientes e identificar, clasificar y solucionar los problemas informados
- Resolver con éxito los correos electrónicos y las solicitudes telefónicas de los clientes mediante el uso de diversas herramientas de administración de tareas, contenido y emisión de boletos.
- Identificar la causa raíz, comprender las necesidades de los clientes y establecer expectativas en consecuencia. Escalar problemas que requieren la participación de ingenieros, Tier2 o expertos en la materia.
- Mejorar nuestra documentación de soporte oficial agregando a nuestros procesos, procedimientos, pautas y documentación con sus propias sugerencias y eficiencias.
- Realizar tareas administrativas requeridas dentro del área de Entrega de Soporte (reporte de horas, elaboración de estimaciones de esfuerzo, etc.).
- Asistir y participar activamente en las actividades y reuniones de su equipo de trabajo, brindando retroalimentación que promueva la mejora continua.
- Boletos líderes de clientes de alta prioridad de guardia
- Proporcione soluciones a los problemas de los clientes empresariales a través de casos de soporte y reuniones de pantalla compartida
- Encuentre, reproduzca e informe de errores al equipo de desarrollo
- Actuar como enlace con el cliente durante incidentes impactantes en la plataforma, asegurando que nuestra comunicación con nuestros clientes y partes interesadas internas sea nítida y precisa.
- Depure y resuelva con éxito las solicitudes telefónicas y de correo electrónico de los clientes mediante el uso de diversas herramientas de administración de tareas, contenido y emisión de boletos.
- Configurar sistemas de monitorización, integrándolos con PagerDuty y documentando todo proceso
- Escriba scripts personalizados, muestras de código y guías de integración para uso del cliente
- Desarrollar los proyectos asignados por el responsable directo dentro de los plazos acordados por escrito.
- Regístrese y manténgase conectado, durante todo el turno de trabajo o jornada laboral correspondiente, a la

herramienta de comunicación corporativa.

**Habilidades técnicas necesarias**

Esperamos que seas un ávido usuario de Sistemas Operativos Linux preferiblemente con perfil de administrador de sistemas, así como con ambientes Microsoft Windows en sus versiones Server que te sientas cómodo con el manejo de protocolos de intercambio de archivos (SFTP, SSH, FTP, NFS, SAMBA) para ambos S.O. incluidos, conocer aspectos fundamentales del funcionamiento de protocolos de encriptación de comunicaciones (SSL, TLS), comprender el funcionamiento de sistemas de autenticación como LDAP o AD, estar familiarizado con formato de texto simple para intercambio de datos como JSON, XML y YAML, tienes la capacidad de automatizar procesos básicos usando Bash o PowerShell scripting, debes conocer conceptos básicos de API Rest siendo deseable el manejo de Postman, entender y manejar con un alcance inicial infraestructura de computación en la nube (AWS, GCloud y Azur).

Soporte de aplicaciones Java y conocimiento de temas de autenticación y autorización y seguridad empresarial. Experiência en la resolución de problemas de clientes utilizando múltiples herramientas, incluidas soluciones de emisión de boletos (como Salesforce, Jira) y teléfono, chat y correo electrónico

Experiência práctica en soporte técnico de productos con software empresarial local y soluciones SaaS
