Support the Sales assigned organization (Division & Market) and customers throughout the digital solution proposals technical and commercial aspects, determining costs, preparing final documentation, and serving as a key technical resource in the assigned area.
**This position reports to**:
Product Manager
**Your responsibilities**:
- Provides digital solution technical support during the technical meeting, product presentations and negotiations.
- Performs analytic and diagnostic studies to determine most suitable digital solution to meet customer needs.
- Proposes technical solutions for complex enquiries.
- Prepares and delivers technical presentations and demonstrations for both internal staff and customers on complex product issues.
- Offers product/ solution/service related training.
- Prepares and checks technical articles for publication.
**Your background**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electronic, Computer or Automation Engineering.
- Previous experience in sales or marketing (technical promotion or development of technical solutions) in the world of software for the productive industry.
- Desirable training in data analysis or Data science.
- 3+ years of experience.
- English Advanced Level and desirably, intermediate portuguese level.
