DESCRIPTION

This is a unique Customer Experience hybrid role both selling the Twill value proposition to new potential customers and also taking excellent and pro-active care of them once they are onboard. In this role you will have the full responsibility and be empowered to make sure we are delivering a superior customer experience. The purpose is to win new customers, optimize retention and grow revenue and to do it in a digital first way: always focus on enabling customers to self-serve. **REQUIREMENTS**:
- Bachelor’s degree in commercial fields (Business Administration, International Business, Sales, Logistics, Marketing, Trade, etc.)
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the Logistics industry
- Customer Service experience and passion, with a strong customer centricity mindset
- Strong knowledge of local logistics operations and systems, infrastructure, competition and local suppliers
- Experience in Salesforce or any other CRM
- Energetic, creative and proactive
- Strong drive and self-motivation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
- Fluent oral and written communication skills in English
- Knowledge on Air Freight and Less-than-Container Load (LCL) is a plus
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver best-in-class service to customers in a digital first-way
- Ensure smooth execution of the end-to-end shipment by working closely with the customer as well as internal stakeholders across the globe
- Actively monitor customer NPS and ensure that customer insights and suggestions are captured
- Target and acquire new customers through our digital value proposition
- Through analytical approach and market mapping, find new leads through local insights
- Follow-up and qualify marketing generating leads
- Effectively manage your time and priorities to balance sales and customer service activities
