Responsable de desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias de venta consultiva con énfasis en gestión de la base instalada para servicios especializados en sistemas de Control, Protecciones, Comunicaciones y SCADA para el sector eléctrico, garantizando el cumplimiento de objetivos comerciales y la satisfacción del cliente.

Como generarás un impacto:

  1. Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias de venta para la cartera de Servicios Especializados
  2. Identificar y calificar nuevas oportunidades / Clientes para el negocio
  3. Elaborar propuestas técnico-comerciales competitivas basado en el análisis del mercado
  4. Negociar y cerrar contratos de servicios
  5. Realizar diagnósticos técnicos de necesidades del cliente (levantamiento de base instalada)
  6. Proponer soluciones técnicas adaptadas a requerimientos específicos
  7. Coordinar con equipos técnicos para asegurar la viabilidad técnica de las propuestas
  8. Brindar soporte técnico en etapas pre y post venta
  9. Mantener y desarrollar relaciones comerciales de largo plazo
  10. Realizar seguimiento proactivo de oportunidades y proyectos
  11. Gestionar reuniones y presentaciones ejecutivas
  12. Asegurar la satisfacción del cliente durante todo el ciclo de venta
  13. Mantener actualizado el SAP con actividades y oportunidades
  14. Elaborar reportes de gestión comercial
  15. Dar seguimiento a indicadores de desempeño (KPIs) asignados
  16. Participar en reuniones de planificación y revisión de ventas

Requisitos:

  1. Ingeniería Eléctrica, Electrónica o afín (requisito indispensable)
  2. Especialización en Sistemas de Control o Protecciones (deseable)
  3. Certificaciones técnicas relevantes al sector
  4. Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en ventas de sistemas / servicios de control y protecciones
  5. Experiencia demostrable en el sector eléctrico
  6. Conocimiento profundo de sistemas de control, protecciones y SCADA
  7. Historial comprobado de cumplimiento de metas comerciales
  8. Conocimiento avanzado de sistemas de control y protecciones eléctricas
  9. Dominio de protocolos de comunicación industrial
  10. Comprensión de arquitecturas SCADA
  11. Habilidad para interpretar especificaciones técnicas
  12. Manejo de Sales Force, SAP y herramientas de ofimática
  13. Excelente comunicación oral y escrita
  14. Alta capacidad de organización
  15. Agilidad en la atención
  16. Enfoque en resultados
  17. Español: Nativo o nivel C2
  18. Inglés: Avanzado (B2-C1)
  19. Disponibilidad para viajar (50-60% del tiempo)
