Service Sales Specialist

Responsable de desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias de venta consultiva con énfasis en gestión de la base instalada para servicios especializados en sistemas de Control, Protecciones, Comunicaciones y SCADA para el sector eléctrico, garantizando el cumplimiento de objetivos comerciales y la satisfacción del cliente.
Como generarás un impacto:
- Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias de venta para la cartera de Servicios Especializados
- Identificar y calificar nuevas oportunidades / Clientes para el negocio
- Elaborar propuestas técnico-comerciales competitivas basado en el análisis del mercado
- Negociar y cerrar contratos de servicios
- Realizar diagnósticos técnicos de necesidades del cliente (levantamiento de base instalada)
- Proponer soluciones técnicas adaptadas a requerimientos específicos
- Coordinar con equipos técnicos para asegurar la viabilidad técnica de las propuestas
- Brindar soporte técnico en etapas pre y post venta
- Mantener y desarrollar relaciones comerciales de largo plazo
- Realizar seguimiento proactivo de oportunidades y proyectos
- Gestionar reuniones y presentaciones ejecutivas
- Asegurar la satisfacción del cliente durante todo el ciclo de venta
- Mantener actualizado el SAP con actividades y oportunidades
- Elaborar reportes de gestión comercial
- Dar seguimiento a indicadores de desempeño (KPIs) asignados
- Participar en reuniones de planificación y revisión de ventas
Requisitos:
- Ingeniería Eléctrica, Electrónica o afín (requisito indispensable)
- Especialización en Sistemas de Control o Protecciones (deseable)
- Certificaciones técnicas relevantes al sector
- Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en ventas de sistemas / servicios de control y protecciones
- Experiencia demostrable en el sector eléctrico
- Conocimiento profundo de sistemas de control, protecciones y SCADA
- Historial comprobado de cumplimiento de metas comerciales
- Conocimiento avanzado de sistemas de control y protecciones eléctricas
- Dominio de protocolos de comunicación industrial
- Comprensión de arquitecturas SCADA
- Habilidad para interpretar especificaciones técnicas
- Manejo de Sales Force, SAP y herramientas de ofimática
- Excelente comunicación oral y escrita
- Alta capacidad de organización
- Agilidad en la atención
- Enfoque en resultados
- Español: Nativo o nivel C2
- Inglés: Avanzado (B2-C1)
- Disponibilidad para viajar (50-60% del tiempo)
