Propósito de la posición:

Ser el soporte técnico y comercial al área de Ventas en Chile, Argentina, Uruguay y Brasil, promoviendo tecnologías de Filtración. Concretar ventas que logren cumplir con las metas definidas previamente en el Budget, Identificar nuevas y/o potenciales oportunidades de venta de tecnologías de filtración en la minería no metálica, como por ejemplo Litio y otros minerales para baterías, fertilizantes, alimentos e hidrocarburos. Crear conexión entre la empresa y el cliente, a través del seguimiento y atención a la cartera de clientes.

Responsabilidades principales:

  • Responsable de administrar, buscar e identificar posibilidades de venta colaborando activamente en la detección de problemáticas y/o necesidades del cliente como son empresas de ingeniería, compañías mineras u otro en Chile, Argentina y Uruguay.
  • Responsable de dar el soporte técnico y comercial al área de ventas de filtros industriales en Metso.
  • Desarrollar sólido conocimiento técnico/comercial del portafolio tecnológico Metso.
  • Promover nuestras tecnologías de Filtración, a través de reuniones activas con clientes, participación y organización de seminarios, congresos, ferias mineras u otras instancias de promoción.
  • Mantener una red sólida y bien establecida dentro del negocio minero, tanto en compañías mineras como empresas de Ingeniería, que posean proyectos activos, aclarar dudas y dar soporte técnico y comercial a través de llamadas, reuniones, videollamadas, etc y desarrollar un sólido entendimiento comercial de los clientes.
  • Elaboración de cotizaciones indicativas y presupuestarias, incluyendo el dimensionamiento de equipos.
  • Fuertes habilidades comerciales y financieras para soportar los procesos de Budget/Forecast de su área de negocios.
  • Participar en actividades de Marketing tendientes a la promoción de las tecnologías relacionadas con su área de negocios.
  • Trabajo activo y en conjunto con la casa matriz ubicada en Finlandia.
  • Coordinar internamente el desarrollo de pruebas a nivel laboratorio y/o piloto y dar soporte técnico sugiriendo tecnología a utilizar y objetivos buscados por el cliente.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar a ubicaciones nacionales e internacionales según los requerimientos comerciales.
  • Respecto a las labores en las cuales se ve involucrado, cumplir con los procedimientos que implica la acreditación, certificación y mantención de las Normas ISO 9001, ISO 14001 y OSHAS 18001.

Especificación del cargo:

  • Buscar e identificar posibilidades de venta colaborando activamente en la detección de problemáticas y/o necesidades del cliente como son empresas de ingeniería, compañías mineras u otro.
  • Promover nuestras tecnologías de Filtración, a través de reuniones activas con clientes, participación y organización de seminarios, congresos, ferias mineras u otras instancias de promoción.
  • Mantener estrecho contacto con clientes que posean proyectos activos, aclarar dudas y dar soporte técnico y comercial a través de llamadas, reuniones, videollamadas, etc.
  • Elaboración de cotizaciones indicativas y presupuestarias.
  • Trabajo activo y en conjunto con Business Line y quipo de laboratorio local. Comunicación en idioma Inglés.
  • Coordinar internamente el desarrollo de pruebas a nivel laboratorio y/o piloto y dar soporte técnico sugiriendo tecnología a utilizar y objetivos buscados por el cliente.

  • Áreas de la Compañía con que se relaciona: Business Line, Proposal, Delivery Project, Services, Procurement, Legal, Capital SAM.

Para tener éxito debes contar con los siguientes requisitos:

  • Experiencia profesional en Ingeniería Civil Metalúrgica.
  • Contar con al menos 6 a 10 años de experiencia en procesos de Filtros.
  • Deseable con experiencia en proyectos relacionados a la Gran Minería.
  • Conocimientos Esperados:
    • Conocimientos de Industria Minera Chilena y tecnologías de Filtros.
    • Herramienta de dimensionamiento de Filtración.
    • Herramientas de cotización, Salesforce.
    • Inglés nivel avanzado.
    • Herramientas de cotización de equipo de Filtros.
    • Manejo avanzado de Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point y Project.
    • Power BI (no excluyente).
