En Michael Page nos encontramos en búsqueda de un Senior Sales para la industria de Freight Forwarding.
Descripción
El Senior Sales será responsable de desarrollar e implementar estrategias comerciales para gestionar una cartera de clientes existente, atraer nuevos negocios y asegurar el cumplimiento de objetivos comerciales en el sector de transporte y logística. El cargo implica la aplicación de conocimientos técnicos, habilidades comerciales y orientación a resultados, trabajando de manera proactiva y colaborativa con el equipo comercial y clientes externos.
Principales Responsabilidades:
- Gestionar y fidelizar una cartera propia de clientes, asegurando la calidad en la atención y el cumplimiento de las metas asignadas.
- Prospectar nuevos clientes en mercados estratégicos, aplicando análisis de mercado y desarrollando oportunidades de negocio.
- Realizar seguimiento y cierre de cotizaciones, optimizando propuestas comerciales y negociaciones con proveedores.
- Coordinar visitas y realizar llamados diarios para garantizar la continuidad de los procesos comerciales.
- Elaborar propuestas comerciales alineadas a las necesidades del cliente y los lineamientos de la Gerencia Comercial.
- Gestionar cotizaciones con proveedores, asegurando condiciones competitivas para los clientes.
Perfil buscado (Hombre / Mujer)
Requisitos:
- Experiencia: Mínimo 4 años en ventas dentro del sector de Freight Forwarders (FFW) o Non-Vessel Operating Common Carriers (NVOCC).
- Formación: Deseable formación en Comercio Exterior, Administración de Empresas o Ingeniería Comercial.
- Con experiencia idealmente desarrollando cartera de clientes y enfoque especializado en carga LCL/LCL.
Competencias y Habilidades:
- Conocimientos Técnicos:
- Logística y Cadena de Suministro: Comprensión de transporte internacional, aduanas y normativas.
- Incoterms: Dominio para asesorar a clientes en comercio internacional.
- Manejo de herramientas CRM y otras plataformas de gestión comercial.
- Habilidades Comerciales:
- Prospección, negociación y cierre de ventas.
- Fuerte capacidad de análisis para ajustar estrategias al mercado.
- Habilidades Interpersonales:
- Comunicación efectiva y construcción de relaciones sólidas.
- Adaptabilidad y solución de conflictos con enfoque colaborativo.
