Business Development Team Lead - Chile at Libertex Group Overview As the Team Leader for Business Development, you will lead a team of professionals to achieve revenue targets and expand partnerships across the LATAM region. Your responsibilities include team management, strategy development, and direct client engagement. Responsibilities Manage and mentor a team of Business Development Managers (BDMs) focused on LATAM markets Set and monitor individual and team sales targets, ensuring alignment with regional goals Develop and implement strategies to recruit and grow IBs, affiliates, and institutional partners Provide training and guidance to team members on market trends, sales techniques, and company offerings Coordinate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance partner experience Analyze team performance, prepare reports, and present insights to senior management Attend and lead team participation in LATAM expos, conferences, and client meetings Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Forex/CFD business development, including at least 2 years in a leadership role Proven success in managing and motivating high-performing sales teams Strong understanding of LATAM financial markets, IB networks, and trading regulations Fluent in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus) Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Economics; MBA preferred Benefits Monthly bonuses based on performance 21 working days of vacation per year Corporate events and team building activities About Libertex Group Founded in 1997, Libertex Group is an international powerhouse with over 27 years of experience in the financial markets.
