Chanel Sales Manager – Beiersdorf Apply for the Chanel Sales Manager role at Beiersdorf. Responsibilities Diseñar y ejecutar la estrategia de canales para cumplir objetivos de ventas, rentabilidad y cobertura en entornos online y offline. Implementar y asegurar la correcta ejecución de las estrategias de Producto, Precio, Plaza y Promoción (4Ps) en los diferentes canales de venta. Analizar el desempeño comercial de los canales mediante KPIs de ventas, margen y distribución, proponiendo acciones de optimización. Coordinar planes y estrategias con equipos cross-funcionales como Marketing, Ventas, Operaciones y Finanzas para asegurar alineación y ejecución efectiva. Gestionar la relación con clientes clave, impulsando el engagement, la lealtad y el crecimiento sostenible del negocio. Qualifications Licenciatura en Administración, Mercadotecnia, Negocios o carrera afín. Experiencia comprobada con cuentas claves. Historial sólido de cumplimiento o superación de objetivos de ventas y rentabilidad. Alta capacidad de trabajo cross‑funcional, coordinando con áreas como Marketing, Ventas, Operaciones y Finanzas. Habilidades de comunicación, negociación y gestión de relaciones con clientes. Orientación a resultados y enfoque en el cliente.
