En su rol como Sales Development Manager , serás parte de nuestro equipo regional LATAM en Santiago de Chile , que administra una amplia gama de marcas y soluciones globales de audífonos (Audio Service, Widex, Signia y otras) para clientes B2B.
Para garantizar el éxito de estas marcas globales, desarrollarás e impulsarás campañas de marketing y lanzamiento de productos. La amplitud de esta posición, te permitirá aplicar y desarrollar tus habilidades estratégicas y creativas. Reportarás directamente al Director Regional de Productos y Marketing.
Tu nuevo rol
- Responsable de negocios & revenue para un portafolio de países en LATAM
- Desarrollar a clientes existentes para hacer crecer su negocio
- Desarrollar nuevos canales y estrategias de venta
- Levantar nuevos enfoques comerciales y escalar iniciativas corporativas
- Optimizar la colaboración con el equipo de Customer Service
- Crear e implementar planes de negocio
- Captar nuevos clientes para poner en marcha el negocio
- Promover una cultura centrada en nuestros Clientes, que refleje los valores de la organización, fomente la excelencia y recompense el buen desempeño
- Reporta directamente al Head of Export LATAM
- Trabajar analíticamente y de manera estructurada, punto clave enuna organización matricial
Tu perfil
- Licenciatura en marketing o administración de empresas o una calificación equivalente.
- 5+ años desólida experiencia en ventas, B2B y B2C.
- Experiencia en negocio médico, óptico o de audífonos (ideal, no es un must)
- Competencia itermedia/avanzada enExcel y PowerPoint
- Capacidad comprobada en investigación de mercados y desarrollo de estrategias GTM
- Mostrar sólidas habilidades de organización y estrategia, relacionadas a planificación, programación y otros que puedan surgir dentro del rol
- Orientación y enfoque en elcliente para comprender desafíos y oportunidades
- Trabajar con equipos en una estructura global/matricial
- Potencial en liderazgofuncional
- Excelente habilidad en lenguaje local -español-(el inglés es un plus)

In your role as Sales Development Manager , you will be part of our regional LATAMteam in Santiago de Chile , that manages a wide range of global hearing aidbrands and solutions (Audio Service, Widex, Signia and others) for B2B customers.
To ensure the success of these global brands, you will develop and drive marketing and product launch campaigns.This diverse position will allow you to apply and develop your strategic and creative skills. You will report directly to the regionalProduct and Marketing Director.
Your new job
- Accountable for business and revenues for a country portfolio in LATAM
- Develop existing customers to grow their business
- Develop new sales channels and strategies
- Derive new business approaches as well as scale corporate initiatives
- Optimize collaboration with customer service team
- Create and implement business plans as an entrepreneur according
- Win over new customers to start up our hearing instrument business
- Promote a culture that focus on customers, reflects the organization’s values, encourages excellence and rewards good performance
- Reports directly to the Head of Export LATAM
- Working analytical in a structured manner is key in a matrix organization
- You hold aBachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration or equal qualification
- 5+ yearsStrong experiences in Sales, B2B and B2C
- Background in medical-, optical -, or hearing aid business is ideal
- Fundamental experience in Excel and PowerPoint required
- Proven capability in market research and developing GTM strategies
- Display strong organization skills in sourcing, planning, scheduling and executing strategies and events
- Customer-oriented in understanding customers’ preferences and feedback
- Working with teams in a matrix structure across the globe
- First functional leader experiences
- Spanish in written and speaking on a native level (English is a plus but not a must)
