Role Purpose

To drive cloud revenue growth and customer success by building and executing customer-centric strategies that align with business goals and position SAP's cloud solutions to meet customer challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build Customer Centric Strategy : Understand customer business goals and develop strategic plans; manage executive relationships; align SAP solutions portfolio to deliver value.
  • Drive Cloud Revenue Growth : Expand SAP solutions footprint aligned with customer goals; focus on renewals, retention, and expansion; manage pipeline; provide sales handover to implementation partners.
  • Guide Customers into the Future : Ensure successful cloud adoption and consumption; articulate the value of cloud migration; maximize customer lifetime value.
  • Collaborate Internally : Align SAP account team and partners with customer requirements; foster cross-functional collaboration.
  • Maintain Customer Visibility : Regularly review and adjust strategies; ensure continuous positioning and delivery of value.

Experience & Language Requirements

  • 9+ years of experience in sales of complex business software / IT solutions.
  • Proven track record in business application software sales.
  • Experience in lead role of a team selling environment.
  • Demonstrated success with large transactions and lengthy sales campaigns in a fast-paced, consultative, and competitive market.
  • Exceptional contractual and negotiation skills.
  • Business level English: Fluent.
