En Talent Partners estamos en búsqueda de un/a Sales Specialist Hunter B2B en Santiago para nuestro cliente importante fintech en expansión a nivel LATAM. Este rol se enfocará en la prospección y activación de nuevos clientes, además de contribuir a la estrategia global al aplicar un profundo conocimiento del mercado local en cada país de operación, maximizando así los resultados esperados.

Principales Responsabilidades

  • Prospección en frío de nuevos clientes. La gestión será desarrollada a través de llamados telefónicos, correos electrónicos y/o reuniones virtuales y/o presenciales y WhatsApp.
  • Gestión y coordinación de traspasos de nuevos clientes hacia ejecutivos que realizan mantención de carteras.
  • Gestión de bases de datos asignadas.
  • Gestión en tiempo y forma de candidatos Inbound asignados por la organización.
  • Venta directa de productos que sean desarrollados para el segmento B2B.
  • Investigación de mercado sobre potenciales canales de candidatos objetivos (cámaras de comercio, grupos empresariales, grupos en redes sociales, etc.).
  • Explicación de la plataforma, los requisitos para abrir cuenta, y contestar todas las inquietudes relacionadas al producto.
  • Soporte y asistencia durante el proceso completo de Onboarding del cliente.
  • Soporte en funding found, creación de beneficiarios, cotización y transferencia.
  • Levantamiento de insights y voz del cliente B2B para mejora continua de productos.
  • Levantamiento de casos B2B al área de Ops, Compliance y CX.
  • Registro oportuno de actividades, tareas y oportunidades sobre cuentas y clientes en CRM Salesforce.

Requisitos de Perfil

  • Estudios universitarios completos en Ingeniería Comercial, Administración de Empresas, Business and Administration, Relaciones Públicas, Marketing o carrera afín.
  • Experiencia de al menos 2 años en ventas en productos segmento B2B.
  • Deseable, habilidades matemáticas medias/avanzadas.
  • Uso de excel medio/avanzado.
  • Experiencia utilizando plataformas CRM de gestión de candidatos y clientes.
  • Deseable, conocimientos de mercado y productos financieros.
