Job Title Regional Sales Manager Chile What You’ll Do Here Identify and select key end‑customer accounts within the region according to the regional strategy and market conditions. Develop clear business plans for these accounts, aiming for long‑term relationships. Set annual targets for the overall market and each account; continuously track KPIs. Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) and Key Account Managers (KAMs) to develop the project pipeline and close projects: Ensure the end customers have the necessary product portfolio to sell Network Video (software, cabling, networking, and storage). Guarantee that end customers are trained to sell Axis solutions and obtain the required certification. Run activities that influence and educate accounts so they can build an ecosystem around Axis, creating a pull in the market and engaging early in new projects. Make end‑user visits together with KAMs and RSMs. Work with marketing activities together with System Integrators to attract new end‑user opportunities. Actively participate in trade shows, academy seminars, webinars, and other promotional sales activities. Prepare sales reports and continuously follow up to present the updated business plan. What We Are Looking For Ability and motivation to take business from A to Z: build business plans, establish long‑term relationships, and close projects. Confident presenter and negotiator. Organized and reliable. Excellent time‑management and prioritization skills. Executor, doer, and commercial mindset. Energetic, self‑driven, goal‑oriented, and pro‑active person. What You’ll Need 3 to 5 years’ experience in the IT and/or CCTV industry; experience with distributors, integrators, and/or large end‑users preferred. Experience and understanding of indirect sales. Technical background and interest (ability to learn our products). Good knowledge of the Brazilian market, culture, and IT/security business. Preferable networking within Axis’ existing ecosystem of key end customers in Brazil. Very good English, written and spoken. Fluent in Spanish, written and spoken. Physical Demands Occasional lifting of 9–18 kg. Expected travel 50–70% of the time.
