Business Development Executive Cuentas Globales

El Ejecutivo de Desarrollo de Negocios de Cuentas Globales generará ventas y ganancias para la empresa, por medio del conocimiento profundo de los productos y servicios de Iron Mountain. Estará vendiendo con capacidad de comunicar claramente los beneficios y ventajas al cliente GI (Global Industries) y áreas potenciales para mayor negocio.

Debe ser capaz de construir y mantener relaciones duraderas con los clientes GI, ser proactivo en la identificación de nuevas oportunidades de negocio y tener un enfoque orientado al logro de objetivos.

En resumen, maximizar las ventas y la rentabilidad de la empresa, mientras se establece y mantiene relaciones positivas con los clientes.

Responsabilidades Clave:

  • Establecer distintos canales de comunicación entre IM y los clientes de C-Level (tomadores de decisión), para desarrollar proyectos comerciales de acuerdo a las características del cliente
  • Realizar una diferenciación en cuanto a las necesidades de los clientes clave y los mercados o sectores AAA
  • Atender y resolver las solicitudes de los clientes sobre los servicios contratados
  • Elaboración y envío en tiempo y forma del reporte de Pipeline, para el seguimiento del cumplimiento de la cuota de venta por parte de la Gerencia Comercial de la plaza.
  • Gestionar y mantener relaciones comerciales de alto nivel con los clientes GI
  • Entender y cumplir presupuestos de venta booking y objetivos de venta Billing, reportando progreso al gerente de ventas.
  • Mantenerse actualizado con respecto a la industria, los competidores y los clientes para asegurar su satisfacción y ofrecer un servicio excepcional.

Métricas de Desempeño:

  • Ventas nuevas en vertical de clientes GI asignada.
  • Cumplimiento con la cuota mensual, trimestral y anual.
  • Pipeline Accuracy.
  • Generación de planes de cuenta y territorio.

Conocimientos, Competencias y Calificaciones:

  • Experiencia como vendedor de servicios y soluciones intangibles.
  • Experiencia vendiendo a grandes cuentas del sector bancario con una capacidad verticalizada a cuentas del sector financiero
  • Experiencia relacionándose con cuentas multinacionales.
  • Experiencia en negociaciones multipaís
  • Seguimiento Oportuno a Crecimiento de Cartera de Clientes actual.
  • Conocimiento de Salesforce.
  • Dominio de paquetería de Microsoft Office y Google Workspace.
