This position reports toFront Office Manager
Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role you will have the opportunity to assist the local HR team, as an HR Services Specialist. Each day, you will undertake activities ranging from Compensations & Benefits (both local and global), Payroll, Employee Lifecycle and other administrative tasks. You will also showcase your expertise by participating in HR led activities and providing advice to improve undergoing processes whenever applicable.
The work model for the role is: Hybrid {#LI-Hybrid}
This role contributes to the HR Services for every business, for the entirety of the organization that is ABB Chile. Your main stakeholders will be internal clients, considering individual contributors, management, and business areas at a local level.
You will be mainly accountable for providing wide support to every local HR area within your scope, including Onboarding Processes, Employee Lifecycle, Payroll and Compensations & Benefits, as well as being a relevant player in HR led activities for the local organization.

- You have two or more years of verifiable experience in roles related to HR, both directly responsible and supporting various tasks within the HR area, especially for medium to large staff companies.
- You have an academic background related to HR roles, such as Business Administration, Psychology, Accounting, Commercial Engineering or related careers.
- You are a proactive, resolute and highly organized individual, capable of self managing and handling different tasks, with a focus on our internal clients and striving for a healthy workplace environment.
- You are a native Spanish speaker or can hold conversations in the language (fluent), as well as being able to attend and respond to requirements in English to a lesser degree (intermediate level).
