Job Description:


As HR Services Specialist, you will manage tasks and responsibilities related to the whole employee lifecycle: hiring and termination of staff, preparation of employment contracts or other documents required by legislation, management of salaries and benefits, payroll, preparation of reports, maintenance of a database in our platform Workday.

- at Netquest will be:_

  • Manage endtoend employee lifecycle processes: hirings, terminations, position/job changes management, absence management, payroll processing, HR reporting, record management and benefits administration for Chile, Colombia, Brazil, Mexico and US.
  • Direct relationship with payroll vendors, reporting news, changes and ensuring the data comes without errors
  • Maintain solid understanding of country specific local HR policies and processes to effectively support internal client queries and identify areas of improvement
  • Ensure data accuracy in HR systems and audit readiness
  • Responsible for the administration of the employee benefits
  • Maintain up to date the employee's files: contracts, amendment, settlement agreement, among others
  • Processing medical absences
  • Support employees and managers on inquiries related to leave of absences: e.g. maternity, parental, sick leave
  • Your profile should include:_
  • Graduated as a Technician in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related field with HR specialization.
  • At least 3 years of experience as HR Specialist, Payroll Specialist, HR Generalist administration role, or some similar role for America's region
  • Knowledge of labor legislation and payroll calculation in Chile
  • Advanced english
  • Desirable knowledge of labor legislation and payroll calculation in a LatAm country (Colombia, Brazil or Mexico)
  • Proficient with Excel
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Processoriented, highly skilled in numerical information management
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Experience with Workday is a plus
