Responsibilities

  • Call preparation; providing research on products, markets and/or clients
  • Assist TS Bankers with reviews of account analysis statements and relationship review creation
  • Respond to issues related to the implementation of new products; escalate as appropriate.
  • Develop pricing pro forma and assist with proposal preparation, RFP response and presentation of product information
  • Primarily responsible for CKC entry for prospect tracking and deal reporting
  • Initiate and oversee the client onboarding process for new and incremental product sales.
  • Respond to issues related to the implementation of new products; escalate as appropriate.
  • Work with service partners to ensure smooth handoff post product onboarding

Qualifications:

  • Understanding of Treasury Services business model, financial analysis and client base preferred
  • Knowledge of Treasury Services credit process, treasury products and pricing philosophy preferred
  • College degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong time management, organizational and planning skills
  • Strong creative solution and analytical skills
  • Ability to perform in a high pressure, team environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to partner with internal partners and leverage internal resources
