What You Will Do:
  • Develop and expand corporate accounts in the mining industry
  • Create and execute strategic business plans for national accounts
  • Present value-added products and programs that drive customer business impact
  • Ensure exceptional customer service delivery focusing on Nalco Water's value proposition
  • Establish and secure significant new business accounts at the corporate level
  • Collaborate with service and sales teams to meet revenue and profit targets, and maintain Service Standards
Territory/Location Information:
  • Position based in Chile with travel to Peru
  • Targeted accounts within the mining sector
  • 30% overnight travel required

Training programs:
Receive innovative training programs to enhance your skills and ensure you can effectively address customer needs. Sessions will take place in the field and at Nalco Water Headquarters in Naperville, IL. Travel expenses covered by Nalco Water, topics covered may include technology, product, service, business acumen, sales management, and more.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Metallurgical, Chemical, Mechanical, or Mining)
  • 8 years of technical sales experience
  • 5-7 years in the mining industry (flotation, water treatment, or specialty chemicals)
  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency
  • Demonstrated success in large account management within the mining sector
  • Availability for travel in Chile and Peru
  • Valid Driver's License (3-4 years minimum)
