Your Role and Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the PO to design solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Translate business and technical requirements into an architectural design that meets the organization's guidelines and standards.
  • Performs a survey of the current situation and defines the highlevel design of new systems and/or modifications to existing systems, in line with current policies, standards and guidelines, making use of the architecture patterns defined for this purpose.
  • Work in sync with the transversal architects (data, infrastructure and security) to define details of data modeling, platform and security components required to implement the designed solution.
  • Manage the life cycle of APIs and Services.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Indepth knowledge of modern programming languages and frameworks, , Scala, native app frameworks (iOS, Android) and backend languages (eg Java, Akka).
  • Extensive experience with the latest ECMAScript features, state management libraries, and testdriven development. Experience with distributed systems (microservices, RESTful public APIs, GraphQL, SSO/OAuth2).
  • Experience in API design first and migrations to the public cloud. Ability to express complex technical matters in easytounderstand language.
  • Proven drive for simplification and maximum customer orientation.
  • Willingness and desire to collaborate in crossfunctional teams.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- +5 years of experience in engineering and technology roles working with agile product development teams and building digital products or digital/multi-channel architecture with a dedicated focus on commerce value chains.
