The Job in a Nutshell:

Take the lead in shaping our Chilean Sportsbook Product as a
Bookmaker This exciting role involves planning seasonal sports and the league side bet offers, compiling market-specific odds, and managing Chilean sports coverage in collaboration with the Sportsbook department and the Country Manager for Chile.

You'll also regularly cooperate with the marketing team to promote Coolbet in Chile.

Your time will be split as follows: 75% dedicated to the Sportsbook department (product and risk management) and 25% to the marketing department (promotions and other marketing-related tasks).

A Sneak Peek into Your Role:

• Plan seasonal sport/league/sidebet offers for the Chilean market, ensuring alignment with the Marketing department's needs.
• Proactively work with PR odds for interesting events/sports in the Chilean market, and provide ideas and odds for local events/specials.
• Provide odds for leagues in Chile and take ownership from launch to results, including market monitoring, risk management, and reporting.
• Organize live betting offers and scheduling on a weekly/daily basis, with a particular focus on Chilean competitions, the company's core markets, and profile leagues.
• Ensure match results are accurately recorded, addressing any that are not updated automatically by providers/systems.
• Monitor incoming tickets. Actively manage risk based on incoming tickets and market movements.
• Oversee the Chilean Sportsbook offer, monitor competitors, and inform about potential shortcomings or new product opportunities.
• Identify and manage local (Chilean) freelancer consultants for specific sports/league events.
• Manage customer relationships based on betting patterns. Actively promote Coolbet to new and existing Chilean customers through all digital channels.
• Manage the Chilean Hot Events tool, Chilean sports and category order tools, and the Chilean Match of the Day promotion in cooperation with the Marketing department in Chile.
• Provide highquality, casespecific Sportsbook support to the Customer Support department.

You're good at:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sportsbook management, sports betting, or a related industry.
• Strong understanding of the Chilean sports market and betting industry.
• Indepth knowledge of various sports, leagues, and betting markets, particularly those relevant to Chile.
• Understanding of risk management and market monitoring techniques.
• Proficiency in using sportsbook management tools and software.
• Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and social media platforms.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proactive and innovative mindset.
• Flexibility to work nonstandard hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
• Passion for sports and a keen interest in the betting industry.
• Fluent in Spanish (native level) and proficient in English.
