Job Overview
What Your Experience Should Include:
The Business Development Manager will be in charge of creating and implementing new initiatives and partnerships with EPC, Stakeholders, Developers, etc., within the Renewable sector, with a particular emphasis on Solar projects and Battery Storage Systems (BESS). It involves fostering strategic relationships with the relevant customer to position TE Energy as a key partner, boost market share and revenue, enhance account penetration, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in the customer organization, using professional sales methods to showcase TE Energy as a preferred supplier.
  • Transform initial PV system ideas into detailed EPC/Owner designs.
  • Create customized connectivity solutions for large-scale solar installations to maximize TE Energy products' value.
  • Stay updated on technological advancements and propose new ideas and approaches for product development.
  • Maintain KPIs for customer performance, promote TE's value proposition, and ensure effective account management.
  • Track and report on financial performance, regional strategies, and business development activities.
Requirements and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in solar and renewable energy.
  • Over 10 years of experience in commercial positions.
  • Technical expertise and background in solar and energy storage preferred.
  • Good knowledge of commercial solar applications and technologies.
  • Experience in team and project management within a dynamic environment.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Strong customer service focus and communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with engineering design, procurement, and construction practices.
