What You'll Be Doing

As the Senior Manager, Business Development, Lifestyle - Chile, your focus will be on developing and implementing strategies to grow Authentic's network of licensing partnerships, expand the company's brand presence, and drive revenue in the LATAM region. If you're a strategic thinker with a creative flair who is determined to succeed, we're interested in meeting with you.

Your Responsibilities

  • Understand Authentic's brand strategies.
  • Research the market to find potential licensing partners aligned with your brand portfolio and meet partner criteria.
  • Identify key contacts and decision-makers within target companies and initiate contact through various channels such as cold calling and email outreach.

Build and Manage Sales Pipeline:

  • Convert prospects into leads through outbound sales efforts.
  • Conduct detailed discovery to understand prospect interests and capabilities.
  • Collaborate with Business Development and Brand Marketing to create compelling pitch decks aligning with prospect needs.

Close Licensing Deals:

  • Collaborate with Brand Management and Business Development teams to develop business plans and licensing proposals.
  • Lead negotiations, manage deal terms, and oversee the deal process.
  • Create precise term sheets and collaborate with legal counsel on licensing agreements.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and track sales activities.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and reports on sales performance.
  • Achieve sales targets within the designated business segment.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in business development and sales within Lifestyle, Beauty, and Fashion markets in LATAM.
  • Proven track record in full-cycle sales, from lead generation to deal closure in LATAM.
  • Excellent communication skills in phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm, professionalism, and boldness in pursuing success.
  • Possess a research-oriented and curious mindset.
  • Skilled negotiator with a knack for generating innovative business ideas.
  • Exceptional organization, attention, and time management abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree required; legal background beneficial.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally as needed for the role.
