The Role
As a Frontline Capabilities Manager at Novo Nordisk, you will have the chance to:
- Define, design, and implement a strong Frontline Capability Plan that aligns with our global strategy, focusing on both technical and behavioral skills enhancement across the organization.
- Lead the planning and delivery of significant training and learning events, ensuring the provision of essential learning experiences to targeted audiences.
- Oversee the entire Frontline training curriculum from initial onboarding to ongoing coaching, ensuring full compliance with our operational standards and ethical guidelines.
- Develop and improve methods for assessing and tracking employee competencies, ensuring they meet organizational requirements and professional development goals.
- Establish sustainable practices and tools that promote continuous learning and reinforcement of core capabilities, leading to enhanced on-the-job performance.
- Engage in collaborative projects at regional, International Operations (IO), and global levels, contributing to knowledge sharing and the adoption of best practices.
Requirements
To excel in this position, we are seeking a candidate with:
- A Bachelor's degree in business administration, psychology, communications, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- More than 5 years of experience in business sectors, sales, training, learning and development, or similar areas.
- Demonstrated expertise in project and change management.
- Prior involvement in devising training strategies for new product introductions.
- Proficiency in front-line execution and coaching within business environments.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and vendor coordination.
- Fluency in Spanish and a proficient level of English are mandatory.
