Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Quality Assurance team in the Andean Region to achieve excellence in quality standards.
- Develop and implement quality strategies to improve processes and reduce defects.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including General Managers, Operations, Client Services, Finance, and Business Development, to ensure seamless communication and alignment.
- Build and maintain relationships with external contacts, such as client representatives and suppliers, to ensure quality standards are met.
- Ensure proficiency in English for written and spoken communication in technical conversations.
